BE130/70 high-speed carding machine

This machine is suitable for the process of opening, mixing carding the synthetic wool fibers, such as preliminary blending opening, to make tops with a certain weight for the next process.

Machine composition:

This machine is composed of five major components, such as an automatically controlled hair feeding hopper, a capacity wind pressure feeding hair box, a group of hair rollers (comb main machine), a coiling disc a suction device.

Brief introduction of the main features of the machine:

1. The hair feeding stopping action of the machine's hair feeding slant curtain is automatically controlled by the main carding machine. The hair feeding air pressure can be adjusted by the inverter to ensure even hair feeding the hair layer height is controlled within a certain range.

2. The capacity-type air pressure feed box has high sensitivity high precision, it can deliver dense uniform substitute processing materials to the carding mechanism.

3. The fiber enters the main carding machine, after being loosened, opened, straightened, carded by the roller card clothing, it is fed into two relatively rotating collecting strips, the cotton net is rubbed into a top sent out through the bell mouth.

4. The bundled tops are spirally coiled into the sliver barrel through the compound movement of the coiled disc.

5. The velvet suction device can suck the waste velvet generated in the process of fiber carding into the waste velvet pocket, keep the equipment the surrounding area clean.
